Technological trainings adapted to transportation time

Process


Generate ideas

The project consists of finding an idea that helps combat the obsolescence of active professionals.

We reformulated the sprint questions clustered into How Might We questions to focus and obtain the idea that will structure the project:

How could we make workers study micro-courses on public transportation?

Thanks to Ideas and Crazy Eight techniques, I obtained a sketch of the solution, ready to prototype and test.

Testing

Testing is carried out from 3 different modalities:

  • Two guerrilla testings carried out on public transport.

  • A moderated test

  • A moderated remote test with the Maze App.

Users must perform a series of different tests to understand the acceptance of the idea and possible problems to iterate in the prototype:

📍 The application is perceived as new and differentiating.

📍 The concept of adapting to transport time is praised.

📍 The home screen contains a double selection (the course to study and the fixed route where to study it) which causes confusion and times extend beyond 10 seconds.

📍 Problems with typography hierarchy.

All this offers valuable information to iterate the project.
